Translation:

Mischief has appeared in the land and the sea on account of men' own doings that He may make them taste same of their (evil) works: maybe they mend their ways.

Translit: Thahara alfasadu fee albarri waalbahri bima kasabat aydee alnnasi liyutheeqahum baAAda allathee AAamiloo laAAallahum yarjiAAoona

(O Prophet,) say to them, " Go about in the land and see what has been the end- of those who lived before (you). Most of them were mushriks (idolaters).

Translit: Qul seeroo fee alardi faonthuroo kayfa kana AAaqibatu allatheena min qablu kana aktharuhum mushrikeena

So, (O Prophet,) set your face firmly towards the true Faith before that Day arrives of which there is no chance of being averted by Allah. On that Day people will break asunder.

Translit: Faaqim wajhaka lilddeeni alqayyimi min qabli an yatiya yawmun la maradda lahu mina Allahi yawmaithin yassaddaAAoona

The one who has disbelieved, will bear the burden of his disbelief, and those who have acted righteously, are indeed preparing the way for their own true success,

Of His Signs is this that He sends the winds to give good news and to bless you with His Mercy and to make the ships sail by His Command, so that you may seek His bounty and be grateful to Him.

Translation:

And We sent before you Messengers to their peoples who came to them with clear Signs. Then We took vengeance on the guilty ones and it was their right on Us that We should help the believers.

Translit: Walaqad arsalna min qablika rusulan ila qawmihim fajaoohum bialbayyinati faintaqamna mina allatheena ajramoo wakana haqqan AAalayna nasru almumineena

It is Allah Who sends the winds, which raise the cloud; then He spreads the clouds in the sky as He pleases, and breaks them up; and then you see drops of rainwater falling from the cloud. When He showers this rain upon those of His servants He pleases, they are filled with joy,

Translit: Allahu allathee yursilu alrriyaha fatutheeru sahaban fayabsutuhu fee alssamai kayfa yashao wayajAAaluhu kisafan fatara alwadqa yakhruju min khilalihi faitha asaba bihi man yashao min AAibadihi itha hum yastabshiroona

Just see the Signs of Allah's Mercy, how He brings back to life the dead earth. Likewise, He will bring back the dead to life: He has power over everything.
